  • Prices for services are listed on our website or agreed upon in a written proposal.

  • Payment is due according to the agreed schedule in your service agreement.

  • Clients must provide accurate information, references, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.

  • Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Revisions

  • Revisions are included according to the service agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

6. Liability

  • Sunset Design Company is not liable for damages resulting from the use of our designs.

  • We strive for accuracy and quality, but project execution is ultimately the responsibility of the client and any contractors or builders.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided once design work has started.

  • If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed according to the payment method used.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or services, including hacking, copying, or unauthorized commercial use of content.

  • All content on sunsetdc.com is for informational purposes and may change without notice.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
